Well here we go people! xD Another High Voltage picture (Well fullbody) with her in action!
I forgot to mention that her jacket and mask glows whenever she uses her electrical abilities- pretty neat huh?

I worked hard on this xDD Sorry I kinda sketched things out and just built over the sketch..so everything looks a little messy ^^;

BSJ : oh crap *holds up ice shade who at this point because of BSJ electrocuting him is now unable to go to a store with lightbulbs because they will go from new to no more*
